Tights don’t change the fact that her dress shows a lot of boob and leg, which is generally associate with “sexy”. It’s not that what she’s wearing itself is creepy, it’s that an adult would dress a teen in an obviously provocative manner.first of all- we’re running with the assumption that an adult dressed her. And even if they did- it’s still a reflection on what is being sold to girls in her age group anyway. Which many are quite happy to wear. Also- what if Sophie selceted this for herself?
Also I’m trying to figure out this concern for the amount of skin she is showing here. Whether it’s considered sexy or not is something else- but it’s her body and she should be allowed to show it off as she pleases without negative commentary.
i am sick of ontd/gofugyourself-style commentary where it’s apparently showing genuine ‘concern’ to shame young people with choice expressions like ‘jailbait’, ‘gyno-skirt’ and ‘start to look like a hooker’ (but you get a medal for the ‘which is fine and all’, i guess? haha.) on first glance i thought she looked super cute, esp paired with the shoes. what is your miiiind, op.
